There is no ticket system and no contact form. Email is how Patch works, so email is how you reach us.

Asking for an invitation

Send an email and say what you would want Patch to do first: the actual document, the actual sentence. Invitations go out in small batches, and the awkward requests are the useful ones, because they tell us where the boundary really is.

Something went wrong

Reply to the email Patch sent you. The reply arrives attached to the same conversation and the same job, so nobody has to ask you for a reference number.

Anything else

Press, partnerships, legal, or a question about how any of this works: same address, and a person reads it.
