Quoted

Scans, photographs of forms, files that were exported badly. Patch inspects the file, tells you the number, and only then does the work.

Patch Identity

After the beta

Passports, licences and the forms that ask for them, handled with the extra care that identity documents need.

Patch for business

Talk to us

Volume work, shared allowances and an API, for teams sending the same kind of document all week.

How the counting works

What counts as one document?

One email, one finished file. If a single request changes a date, a clause and a footer, that is one document, not three.

Do questions cost me one?

No. If Patch has to come back and ask you something, your answer continues the same job. So does a tweak to what came back, as long as it was in scope.

What if it gets it wrong?

If Patch calls something standard and misjudges it, Patch fixes it without spending another one of your documents.

When am I not charged?

Every finished document is read back and checked before it is sent. If that check does not pass, nothing is delivered and nothing is counted.
