Supply agreement
Between Caboo Ltd and Rowan & Fell Ltd
1 Term
This agreement takes effect on 1 March 2026 and completes on 9 October 2026. Neither party may vary the completion date except in writing, signed by both.
2 Delivery
All goods described in Schedule 1 shall be delivered in full on or before 9 October 2026. Partial delivery does not discharge the obligation, and no part-payment falls due until the schedule is met in its entirety.
3 Payment
Invoices are settled within 30 days of delivery. Interest accrues at 4% above base on any sum outstanding after that period.
4 Termination
Either party may terminate on sixty days’ written notice. Sums already invoiced remain payable, and any goods in transit at the date of notice shall be delivered and paid for in the ordinary way.
