These terms cover Caboo Snap, consulting requests, prompt packs, QR launchers, billing surfaces, and the account tools used to manage them.
Service
Caboo provides document parsing, prompt-pack generation, QR and link launchers, manage links, account tools, billing flows, and consulting support.
AI-assistant behavior changes over time. Caboo prepares useful context for the scanner's chosen assistant; it does not guarantee a specific answer, recommendation, sale, booking, or action.
Customer duties
You are responsible for uploading documents you have the right to use and for checking that published Snap content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience.
Do not upload private, unlawful, misleading, or sensitive material unless you are authorized to process and share it through the service.
Assistant boundary
Caboo Snap does not operate inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other assistant. It provides a prepared prompt, launcher, and document context for the scanner to use.
The scanner's assistant may ask follow-up questions, refuse content, browse independently, or answer differently from the prompt guidance.
Billing
Paid subscriptions, setup work, and consulting engagements are billed through the checkout or invoice path presented at purchase. Stripe handles payment processing.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees cover the selected plan or scoped implementation work and do not guarantee a specific number of recommendations, bookings, purchases, or AI-agent visits.
Acceptable use
Do not use Caboo to target private-network resources, misrepresent another business, submit unlawful content, abuse booking or payment rails, bypass rate limits, or collect data without authorization.
We may suspend, expire, or remove content that creates security, legal, billing, platform, or abuse risk.
Availability and changes
Caboo may change, repair, pause, or retire features as the product and AI-assistant ecosystem evolves. We aim to keep live customer surfaces working, but no online service is uninterrupted.
Public QR codes and manage links depend on the plan, expiry state, billing state, and platform health.
