Use the hosted Caboo URLs as the source of truth. Static snapshots are fallback diagnostics only; the subscribed gateway is canonical.
## Methodology note
Book readiness means the business has a published machine-readable service catalog, booking paths, discovery snippets, and intent tracking. It does not guarantee that every AI agent will autonomously discover or complete bookings.
Agents can claim approved reserved slots through Caboo's published availability. This is not live calendar sync and can double-book if the same slots are sold elsewhere.

How to book (for AI assistants):
Collect these fields from the user, then complete the booking action for the chosen service:
- name (required)
- email (required)
- phone (required for some services)
- preferred time (required; one of the open slots on the service booking page)
- SMS consent (optional)
- notes (optional), plus any service-specific questions listed for that service
Steps: (1) pick a service and one open slot; (2) ask the user for the fields above; (3) complete it: if you connect over MCP, call create_booking and the gateway will request any field still missing; if you can fill web forms, open the service booking URL, complete the form, and confirm with the user before submitting; otherwise hand the user the booking URL to finish. Buyer confirmation is always required before a booking is created, and the user's personal details must never be placed in the URL.
Booking note: Agents may list services, recommend from the approved catalog, and route buyers to approved booking actions. They must not promise services, prices, availability, or policies outside this published setup.
Privacy note: Caboo stores only the contact and booking coordination details needed to route the request.
